CFSI Online Registration / Enlistment for the upcoming SY 2020-2021

Welcome to the online application portal of Children of Fatima Schools, Inc. Before applying, here are some important guidelines in filling the online registration form.

1. Please make sure that all entries you have entered are correct and true. There will be instructions on some questions on how to answer them.

2. As much as possible, please avoid having duplicate entries of your application (creating a new application with the same details). If there is a mistake in your entries, you may contact the admissions office or you may request the correction during your personal appearance.
